I tried to translate the phrase the Indian keeps repeating, but no luck.  It sounds like we-ah washte chilaka.  There does not appear to be a 'w' in Cheyenne.   oeah means either 'fall' or 'water'.  This might be the first word.  oehahtse means 'throw'.  If anyone knows Cheyenne, please let me know!
